  Going down hill. Used to get great service and great sandwiches. Asked for a little Brown mustard and my subscription was swimming in it. Other two sandwiches were the same way.

  Stopped at Subway in Coal Valley. The guys at the counter greeted us as we came in. They were helpful in selecting the sandwiches and the best toppings. One of the guys name was Sam and he was friendly and very helpful with the new drinks that Subway is starting to serve. Sam is an asset to Subway. We will be back.

  The people were snickering at the way I wanted my pizza made, even though it was just wanting the tomatoes and lettuce after it was cooked. There was also a person not in uniform taking to the other employees distracting them. And they messed up one of our sandwiches and had to redo it. They used to be really great but now I think I'll drive in town.
